This multi-million dollar company has thousands of SKUs on Amazon and is ready to invest in the right team leader to aid in the expansion, optimization, and stabilization of their Amazon storefront.
The Ideal Candidate
Is adept at navigating Seller Central and has a deep understanding of keyword optimization as it relates to enhancing listings and improving PPC/campaign performance. You are a recognized authority for your data analysis and manipulation abilities in Microsoft Excel and can create pivot tables, vlookups and formulas quickly and efficiently. You are a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and possess the ability to see the ‘big picture’. Your readiness to provide thoughtful feedback and documented ‘best practices’ is a key quality we appreciate about you!

Responsibilities and Duties
Audit the company’s top-selling SKUs and implement an optimization strategy for each listing that will lead to increase sales and distinction against competitors.
Perform intense keyword research on both company and competitor listings. Document and utilize these top performing keywords as necessary.
Research and formulate a comprehensive strategy to accumulate customer feedback
Proactively build a knowledge database of training materials and new procedures. Own the management and proper organization of this SOP
Ensure optimal inventory control by analyzing sales patterns and using forecasting models to determine appropriate
Create FBA shipments as needed
Oversee and or support case management needs. Monitor each case through resolution.

Requirements and Experience
Ability to travel to Manila office TBD
Advanced capabilities working in Excel (formulas and functions)
2+ Years experience with Amazon Seller Central
English fluency both in verbal and written communication
BPO Experience required. Strong preference for western companies.
Proven project management experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to understand the ‘bigger picture’ of systems
Strong attention to detail/ability to follow instructions/thoroughness
Have a positive “can-do” attitude
A team player who is trustworthy and respectful of others

Schedule
Full-time; 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
Initial schedule will be based on US working hours but may be modified later

Salary
$1,120 per month – Depending on experience
Roughly $7/hour
Payment will be submitted bi-weekly
