HR Assistant With LinkedIn Recruiter experience

Hello - we are looking for an HR assistant to help with a variety of recruiting activities:

Primarily, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates on LinkedIn using LinkedIn Recruiter. You should have at least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, have experience using Boolean strings effectively and previous experience recruiting for sales executives.

Activities will also include screening resumes, reading cover letters and listening to voice recordings to determine which applicants should move forward in our application process. Experience using JazzHR ATS a plus, but not necessary.

We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently, is very tech savvy, has a PC, and has an internet of at least 5 Mbps download/upload speed.

The position will require you to work approx 5 hours per day but when you work the hours is flexible.
