T-Shirt and Merch Graphic-Designer for Spreadshirt and Amazon

I need following skills:

Graphicsdesiner who is able to draw cartoons/comics,
sketch and draft logo-designs and slogans.

A am searching for a RELIABLE labor-force, who works
self-sufficient and provides targets.

I am able to pay USD 300,00 (US Dolloar) per month.
I will pay the salary PER WEEK at the end of each weeks,
when the targets ar fulfilled.


Once again, I need a very reliable person who is skilled
in sketching, label and logo designs for T-Shirts (especially),
and WHO PROVIDES THE WEEKLY TARGETS
(for example 7 designs, it always depends about quality and effort
of each design).
