JOB OVERVIEW
I am looking for a UX/UI designer to design mockups/prototypes that our development team can use, and to find opportunities to improve our user experience. This is a full-time 3-5 month project working with a small remote team of developers.

Position type: Full time
Time zone: Prefer close to GMT-3 working hours
Daily reporting first 30 days: simple bullet point email, daily
Ongoing: Weekly report
Compensation: Negotiable

- Eye for detail
- Excellent English reading and writing
- Ability to clearly follow instructions
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize
- Great sense of attractive interfaces
- Self-management and initiative
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Tasks
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
- Creating product prototypes
- Developing personas and usage scenarios
- Consulting with team to understand user goals
- Conducting usability testing
- Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience

Tools used
- InVision (or similar)
- Sketch (or similar)
- Google Hangouts
- Adobe Photoshop (or similar)
- Slack (chat)
