THE COMPANY
Sipherweb Development Inc. is web development and graphic design company in Cebu, Philippines. We do diverse projects to meet the changing and evolving web standards which ensure websites operate and display properly across numerous web environments. We also ensure that websites are developed with their maximum and long-term performance in mind.

Our client is an international tech-company in the Crypto industry and we’re working on a number of very exciting and highly scalable projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;
Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
Preparing and completing action plans;
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
Resolving problems; completing audits;
Identifying customer service trends;
Determining system improvements;
Implementing Upgrade to see actual infotermines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers;
Conducting surveys;
Forming focus groups;
Benchmarking best practices;
Analyzing information and applications.
Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;
Establishing and communicating service metrics;
Monitoring and analyzing results;
Implementing changes.
Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice;
Resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing network problems.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
Reading professional publications;
Maintaining personal networks;
Participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants to have an degree in marketing, business or a related field.
Preferably with CS manager experience 2-5 years
You should be highly knowledgeable in Zendesk
Should possess excellent communication skills, with bilingual skills an advantage.
Basic math and computer skills are needed, along with time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Should be knowledgeable and up-to-date on the current financial landscape, including blockchain technology
