Hiring Long-term Operations Manager for Remote Team

We are looking for an experienced operations manager.
Pay will be competitive, and there will be room for growth. 13th month pay included in package.

This position will start on a part-time basis while we determine how suitable you are for our organization and will transition into a full-time position over time.

We are looking for a virtual operations manager that will
- Create, document, and implement our processes
- Construct systems and processes with checklists
- Identify points and aspects of the business that can be automated and guide our developers in the process of deploying various forms of automation
- Onboard, hire, and train new hires
- You will have a 30 minute to 1 hour call each day to address any questions/concerns you may have with the managing director, and we will guide you on how our business works

Must have
- Reliable access to internet and power
- Ability to go full-time and work with us in the long-term
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Attention to detail

Preferred qualifications
- Strong problem solving ability to deconstruct complex activities into their component parts, track those parts, and manage the activities to completion
- Strong background in operations management (3+ years) with a remote team
- Experience in scaling a team up to 50 people
