We are looking for a General Virtual assistant to help with day to day tasks.
This will include:
- Organisation of files, documents, and contacts in Google Drive
- Organise
- Set meetings and take booking
- Make small payments when required
- Create monthly reports of income and expenditure
- Process personal orders and deliveries
- Event booking
- Budget control
Experience and skills required
- minimum 3 years Virtual Assistant/ Personal Assistant previous experience
- event planning/ booking experience
- good research skills
- good spoken and written English

- good prioritization of tasks
- highly organised
- previous use of Asana, Xero, Paypal and other Apps
- able to work UK hours 9am - 4pm
- travel planning
