Transfer Handmade Sketches Into Vector Graphics | Graphic Designer | Adobe Illsutrator

I need a graphic designer who is able to transfer handmade graphics into vector graphics in adobe illustrator or any other software tool.
I got several handmade sketches which have to be transferred into digital vector graphics.

These graphics will be printed on shirts and other textiles afterwards.
We are a startup and got a big market outside we can serve with our products.
