Our client is a US-based e-commerce brand management company who established private label selling roots in 2014. This is a young and fast-moving company looking for a C-level manager to help grow their business! This multi-million dollar company is on the verge of major expansion and is ready to invest in the right team leader to aid in the scalability and stabilization of their company.

Overview

The implementation manager will manage a portfolio of enterprise deployments at various stages of onboarding. He/she will help navigate clients through system setup and integration to deployment and serve as the focal point for all parties involved. He/she will work side-by-side with a client-facing rep to maintain seamless coordination between the client and staff. The implementation manager will build, use, and continuously improve on our onboarding methodologies and processes to ensure efficient, consistent and scalable implementation of our client solutions. This position is accountable for meeting and surpassing client expectations in a way that ultimately promotes the highest levels of system adoption, client satisfaction, and ROI.

The implementation manager will have direct, ongoing interactions with the CEO who will provide one-on-one training and guidance upon hire.

Responsibilities and Duties
>Review current onboarding execution plan to refine and enhance steps for efficiency and scalability.
>Develop and maintain the implementation project plan and supporting documentation including but not limited to task assignments, training materials, report requirements, process flows, dashboard metrics, etc.
>Spearhead new enterprise implementations, onboarding, and training. Coordinate with all appropriate parties to ensure proper hand-off once onboarding is complete.
>Become proficient in industry best practices related to e-commerce brand management
>Contribute to the scalability of the Account management team with documentation, process optimization, and cross-training where applicable.
>Work with client teams and internal resources to actively identify and mitigate issues and manage risk.
>Manage and empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and Upgrade to see actual infolegate responsibilities and expect accountability and regular feedback.
>Consciously create a workplace culture that emphasizes the identified mission and values of the organization
>Maintain a tight schedule and ensure all team members are aware of and able to meet their task expectations.
>Proactively build a knowledge database of training materials and new procedures. Own the management and proper organization of this SOP library.
>Liaise with outside vendors and contractors and coordinate deliverables as necessary
>Monitor team workload and recognize when new team members need to be added. Proactively outline the departmental needs through a job description and submit this along with your new hire request.
>Eagerly learn new tools and quickly implement them into daily routines

Requirements and Experience
English fluency both in verbal and written communication - C2 Level
5+ years proven project management experience is required. Strong preference for implementation experience.
2+ years experience in BPO or Operations Management is required. Strong preference for western companies.
Proficiency in Excel and able to perform vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is HIGHLY preferred.
Experience with uploading flat files in Seller Central is highly preferred but not required
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Ability to use the big picture of systems and able
Strong attention to detail/ability to follow instructions/thoroughness
Have a positive “can-do” attitude
A team player who is trustworthy and respectful of others
High-speed internet

Schedule
Full-time; 40 hours per week
Regular schedule: Monday – Friday
Initial schedule will be based on PST during training and then modified to only partial PST hours
Weekends: May be required on rare occasion for emergencies

Salary
$1,280 to $1,600 per month – Depending on experience
Roughly $8.00 - $10.00/hour
Payment will be submitted weekly
