JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal digital marketer for ValuTech will understand the opportunity across marketing channels, will help develop the digital marketing strategy and roadmap, and implement the plans. They will have experience in a wide range of paid marketing tactics as well as a solid background in SEO and the ability to make decisions about the best marketing channels to reach our customers, both businesses, and consumers. • Lead innovative global website strategy, including content, design, usability, and conversion.
• Develop and implement SEO, paid search, and lead generation strategies to maximize traffic and conversion.
• Measure and improve customer interest.
• Oversee planning and execution of digital marketing calendar, including business and consumer outreach, advertising, and communication.
• Identify consumer, industry, and market trends and apply expertise to introduce new technologies, apps, and tools to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain social media presence: define/drive content calendar, manage posting to the web, blogs, and social channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales on PR strategy.
• Create digital toolkit for appraisers to educate, train, and assist them in improving their digital and conversion efforts aligned with the ValuTech brand.
• Measure and report performance of all websites and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and implement changes to continuously improve performance.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
• Oversee content development and approvals for branded CRM communications.
• Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Manage routing of all online materials through channels for final approval.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS/BA or equivalent in Business, preferably in marketing, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Demonstrable success leading and managing multiple digital marketing channels, social media, display, SEO/SEM, digital content strategy/development, etc.
• Proficient in using various analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
• Solid computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications.
• Database and additional software knowledge a plus
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
