Come join our team! CPNC an innovative and successful Amazon eCommerce company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist who’s interested to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a long term position and requires excellent experience recruiting, personnel management, and creation and implementation of HR policies.

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
ROLE: INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR
SALARY RANGE: Php20,000 - Php27,000

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate is a passionate, hard-worker, who wants to find the best talent in the WFH industry. This person should be a go-getter with an attitude that both work well with the team. You need to be a quick thinker, creative and can multi-task, can see everything 5 steps ahead, organized, and you MUST love to learn and stay on top of new industry trends.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year experience in the BPO HR/Recruitment industry.
Participate and implement a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Develop and upgrade the overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Act as the focal point for all initial queries from staff regarding policies and procedures.
Monitor and advice on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with the companies
policies and procedures
Managing the recruitment process and onboarding of employees.
Posting jobs on onlinejobs, conduct online interviews, review posts offer information (background check).

Operational Work Hours:

The goal is to work 8 hours a day or 40 hours in a week.
Shift is during Manila hours.
Weekends are OFF for Team Members

Benefits:

Starting Salary of PHP 20,000
A review of performance will happen after 6 months to see if you qualify for the next level of your salary band.
