Seeking Human Resource Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist for Shopify eCommerce store

We are launching an eCommerce dropshipping brand using Shopify Platform and seeking to hire a contract/temp to potential full-time position for Human Resource Manager.

You should ideally have experience working with an eCommerce brand or company previously which will help you understand the type of positions we are looking for (Customer Service, Product Research, Copywriter, Video editing, Media Buyer, Project Manager, etc.)

We need your HR experience to assist us with hiring several positions to help scale our business which will include the following but is NOT LIMITED TOO:

* Post detailed job descriptions on Upgrade to see actual info and any other recommended (based on your experience) job boards for hiring exceptional talent from the Philippines
* Replying to applicants
* Setting up Upgrade to see actual info minute Skype video interviews for initial screening
* We will provide a list of questions to ask during the interview but feel free to use your past experience to ask any additional questions that you may feel will help with the screening.
* Good understanding for the type of skill sets we are looking for the positions we are hiring for.

For the time being, this is a temp position but can turn into a full-time position based on our needs and your performance. This temp position will be a fixed project cost + possible bonus based on finding us good talent.
