Part Time Bookkeeper/Accountant

Do you know cash flow management? Most bookkeeper & CPAs know Quickbooks well. I am looking for someone who knows how to take a disorganized chart of accounts, make it highly organized and teach me & my team how to make sure we follow a system when we create new items in the chart of accounts.

On top of that, I like to use YNAB for cash flow management. & I need the bookkeeper I hire to be able to create an exact same chart of accounts in YNAB so I can budget $ better.

The candidate I am looking to hire must be available to speak between 5 am & 6:30 pm (sometimes 10 pm) Mountain Time Zone (Denver).

The have to show how they secure their PC/Mac.

I need a couple references from North America who can say you're trust worthy and dependable. I'll require a Zoom interview too.

There will be an initial project, but after that, I think it'll be mostly maintenance. I'd like the person I hire to be courageous enough to discuss financial matters and make improvements when they see I need to make improvements.
