Hi,

We are Tim and Joe from the US and UK. We are looking to hire a new chat support specialist for an up and coming membership site we are developing. This is a brand new and exciting project that involves growing a large list of member and offering them great deals on online products.

To begin your job will mostly consist of chatting to potential members and trying to get them to join our club. You will need good English and communication skills to do well in this role. In addition to this, you will be tracking lots of data about each of our members. We are building you a powerful excel spreadsheet to track all this information, so you will also need to be confident with using excel.

As the business grows and develops there will also be the opportunity to take on a managerial role.

RESPONISIBILITES:

- Chatting with potential members
- Recording member actions in excel
- Managing member data in excel
- Basic use of Facebook Ads and LqvfHjet messenger bots (all training will be provided)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Chat support/ Virtual assistance/ Call center experience preferred but not required
- Reasonable proficiency with excel.
- Great multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Must have own windows laptop (no macs and no desktops please) and fast internet connection
- Superior English skills

COMPENSATION:

- Pay: 1,200php/ per shift (to be paid twice a month)

SHIFT:

- Every Saturday and Sunday, 10pm to 6am (Philippine time)
