Amazon Account Manager for online retail Amazon business (Data Analyst / VA)

Based in the UK we are a retail company that manufactures and sells own branded products through online marketplaces across the globe.

TASKS
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account manager who will work closely with the Amazon Director to assist with Amazon listing maintenance, ensuring our sales are reaching max capacity in our European marketplaces.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Amazon PPC campaign management and analysis
- Launching products and responsible to sell
- Monitor product listing with consistent maintenance
- Responsible for creating and managing Amazon Seller Support cases
- Clearly communicate the progress of daily, weekly and monthly initiatives to the Amazon Director
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status

Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Wants to work independently towards goals, does not want to be spoon-fed and figures out the best way him/herself but speaks up if support is necessary.
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Understands that efforts don’t count - only results
- Able to think and communicate in a structured manner
- Fast internet connection.
- Initiative and creativity in sourcing new product.
- Intelligent. Preferably female and experienced in Amazon.
- Passionate with E-Commerce tasks.
- Includes working with foreign languages.

Working hours: anytime between 10am to 7pm UK time (5pm to 1am PHT), 4 hrs/day
