The Role:

As a Customer Service & Sales Administrator, you will join a dedicated team and be the first point of contact for our inbound customer orders & enquiries.

Your day to day will include:
**Entering orders into our platform (from emails, purchase orders)
**Data Entry Tasks (processing orders; various extra admin tasks)
**Helping customers with queries
**Advice on what to purchase
**Help to place an order
**Help with an existing order
**Additional duties and responsibilities as you grow

About You:

**Fantastic Customer Service Skills
**Ability to multitask and prioritise work
**Positive open-minded attitude to learning
**Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
**Ability to work proactively under time constraints
**Can use technology/software effectively and efficiently
**Previous Experience working with Australians will be highly regarded
**Netsuite experience will be highly regarded

**This is NOT an outbound sales or cold calling role
