Full time junior Media Buying /Online Advertising/Marketing assistant

We are looking to hire a full-time junior Media Buying assistant to help us generate sales through Facebook ads.
We will be looking to train someone who can work with us for years to come, this is NOT for a short-term contracting role.

--- TASKS WILL INCLUDE ---

--Research.
*Finding clickbait stories. Identifying ones which could do well. Uploading them to our websites
*Using advert spy tools to find potentially good adverts we can emulate
*Changing spied ads to our own by editing the images and text
*Uploading ads to Facebook
*Monitoring advert performance daily

*Scouring through Instagram/Pinterest to find images which are compatible with our adverts
*Editing images in photoshop to make them better for our purposes

--Analysis
*Monitoring our tracking platforms, comparing ads and landers in tracking to find good performers
*Adjusting campaigns to increase performance

--Admin
*Getting translations for landing pages
*Putting translations into landing pages (html)
