JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a U.S. based Executive. I am seeking an assistant to help with data entry, sales prospecting, CRM management and email management. If you are good with computers and technology, our training program will help you learn all the office tasks very easily even if you are not familiar with the software or specific responsibilities. I am only looking for someone who is looking for a long-term job.

Compensation & Hours:

·The pay is US 18,000 PHP Monthly
· Included in the monthly compensation are 12 national holidays off.
· Work days are Monday - Friday
- Set your own hours! PHT or USA time

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal English skills and above average writing skills. This is a must and do not apply if you do not have perfect English.
· 15 Mbps/download and 3 Mbps/upload high-speed internet minimum but prefer 20 Mbps or more (must be hard wired no WIFI) and have a static IP Address.
· Work computer needs to be a desktop or very fast laptop, running Windows 8 or newer. It must have at least 8 GB of Ram and 300 GB of free hard drive space.
· Contractor must be very detailed orientated and be able to take responsibility for tasks without continued supervision after initial training.
· A strong familiarity with technology, computers and the willingness to learn new applications is required.
· We are looking for a happy, friendly person with a positive attitude that enjoys helping people.
· Applicant should be efficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Drive and Adobe DC Acrobat.
