Business Analyst

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

SUMMARY:

Seeking a qualified Business Analyst to aid in data entry, market research, salesforce maintenance, reporting, strategy, and analysis of business ecosystems. This individual must retain a high degree of curiosity and a passion for understanding complex datasets. The Business Analyst must be proficient in data aggregation and synthesis to power actionable findings and recommendations. This individual needs a positive “can do” mindset to meet a variety of business objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consume and analyze data from a multitude of sources including but not limited to: digital marketing, traditional marketing, website analytics, point of sale, customer profile data

Construct reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis

Create and test hypotheses on influencing variables and report findings

Collaborate with teammates to present information in a consumable and impactful manner

Create processes that streamline data collection and reporting needs

Ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Scrub and manipulate datasets to allow for accurate and normalized analysis of information

Provide recommendations into business rules that aid in operational efficiency

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, needs, and requirements

Think creatively to analyze metrics from a variety of perspectives with the goal of providing valuable insight
