- One who does the same things always vs. one who finds more efficient ways to perform better
- One who knows and follows industry trends vs. one who does the same thing over and over
- One who says I found a few versions of what you asked pick one out of the 5 vs. one who says how do you want me to do it
Autonomy, initiative, efficiency, consistency, on top of hunger to grow will always succeed over just knowing how to use the tools and do the job only as specified.

2. Illustrator
3. Adobe premier

Contribute to a team of:
2-6 team members who serve on requisite agency level work of you by measure of:
1. Branding
2. Creating Templates provided for each brand
3. Ability to create inspired or from scratch prescribed elements for each brand

WARNING; this is not an:
i) Easy job
ii) Learn-on-the-job position
iii) Add as my 3rd or 16th part-time job position
iv) My boss will never know position if I am not working

Ideal Candidate:
1. Has the ability to serve many projects simultaneously
2. Has +3 years of experience with the tools mandatory for the job
3. Is willing to learn more than they want to get paid or compensated
