Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for an assistant to scour the web (mainly systems like this, oDesk, Elance, Craigslist etc) where people need the various services that we offer and then to qualify the project and lead bid on the projects (or submit interest) on our behalf and finally communicate and manage the client relationship while the project is In progress- throughout completion of project(s).

We primarily offer Web design, graphic design, Internet marketing and SEO. So it’s great if you have some understanding of those areas so that you can have the appropriate conversations with prospective clients. Your Job will be primarily jobs and maintains our status on various sites.

You should have great customer service skills. Fluent in English, technical understanding of things like web design, Wordpress, CSS HTML etc for conversation and sales sake. Remember you will mainly do administrative work.- Online research or new jobs, email correspondence, phone conversation etc.
