Develop a online fitness programme

I have already created a online fitness programme on excel but i'd like someone to look it over make it look more professional correct spelling punctuation, check the links etc and turn it into a PDF file or some other file they think is better suited for people to buy and download.
i'd also like someone to help me sell the programmes too but I need guidance as to what platform to use.
background in fitness would be a bonus too!
