Cold Caller / Appointment Setting

I'm looking to fill a cold caller position for a 2 to 3 week job. The position will require cold calling a list of potential property sellers in the Los Angeles CA area, communicating with home owners to filter for quality leads, and setting appointments.

Hours worked will be 10 to 25 hours per week. Job could lead to long term position.

Requirements:

Experience working with real estate company, residential prospecting
Must have friendly personality with a willingness to help solve problems and ability to build rapport.
Must be able to work independently with minimal assistance
Must be available to work hours of 8am-12p and 4p-6pm PACIFIC TIME (GMT -8)
Experience with call center sales
Must be fluent in and have EXCELLENT English with neutral accent.

Must have strong internet connection, headset, and Skype.
