We are looking for highly skilled customer support executive who can help us:
- Reply to
- Check and reply comments on Fb postsx
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Report order changes requested by customers everyday
In short, we have to engage the users in a polite way and answer the threads on a timely manner.
We need few executives who can work in US timezones.
High command in the English language is a must.
