JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, my name is Jay. I currently run an eBay store and I need a helping hand on order processing.

The daily duties of this job are:

You will be processing orders received from eBay an store.
The customer's information will be provided to you.

For example, the customer's name, address, city, zip code, and phone number.
John Smith - Name
7481 Pond St. - Address
Big Rock - City
48718 - Zip CodeUpgrade to see actual infoPhone number

You will then copy/paste this information to the designated website and purchase the item for the customer.
You will know which website to use in order to correctly process orders by a simple software that I will teach you how to use.
You are also required to put information from the sale into Google Sheets. This step is very simple, you will just copy/paste information from the transaction once the order has been fulfilled.
The amount of orders will vary every day. Which means there could be days where you only work 3-4 hours a day. This job requires that you pay very close attention to details. You will need to be patient enough to double check all of your work to make sure there are no mistakes. I will provide you with a training video and as much additional training as you need.

Expectations -
1. Basic understanding on how to purchase products online. For example, purchasing an item from Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, or Upgrade to see actual info. Also, understanding and use Upgrade to see actual info (cashback websites) will be appreciated as well.
2. Systematically following instructions to efficiently process an order in a timely manner.
3. Understanding when to process an order and when not to process an order. For example, the profit from processing the order does not yield a profit therefore the order should not be fulfilled. This will be explained in further detail for serious inquiries.
4. Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Excel or Google Doc Sheets.
5. Processing an order should take between 3-4 minutes.
Serious inquiries, must answer this question at the start of submission or they will be ignored. "What is your favorite color?"

Please answer these questions:

What experience do you have?
What software are you familiar with when it comes to eBay?
Are you familiar with buying items on Amazon, Walmart and Homedepot?
How many days and hours are you available to work? I will send you orders at 1:00 PM Phillipines time and expect it to be done by 5:00 PM Phillipines time.
