Twitter & Youtube experts

I need to grow a twitter account to Upgrade to see actual info and a youtube account to 30k followers (with £20,000 paid spend behind it) and need someone (or a few people ) that are experts at growing both channels to support me in growing both channels with their expertise and knowledge. Must be available to start this week.

Will begin as 1-2 days a week but scale quickly. $150 for 1-2 days initially.
