Whilst most of the staff are currently remotely hired from onlinejobs.ph and you are expected to work from home, as the company grows this role may require you to be based in Singapore.

You will be managing a team of about 6 talented staff each experts in their own fields but coach if neccessary to achieve the client;s marketing campaign aims.

The agency's current portfolio mainly deals in lesser known startups in B2C retail, namely FMCG & artisanal luxury products such as shoes, bags and organic makeup.

I need someone to;
1) Aid agency partners in studying client to establish overall martketing strategy
2) Create execution plan from agreed strategy & conceptualize campaigns
3) Ensure quality of all collaterals created by staff
4) Prepare monthly reports, essentially a collation of SAAS reports and find an angle to show improvement and growth and also show ROI
5) Keep a look out on new ideas or ways to improve clients marketing strategy

Skills Required
Self starter, natural leader and overall responsible personality
Able to think creatively out of the box to market clients on tight budget
Preferably digital marketing certifications from Google or Facebook
Experienced in Effective Email Marketing Campaigns
