Senior SEO position - Full time - Management

Our company is looking for a rockstar Senior SEO to head the Search Engine Optimisation and Content Marketing side of our company.

As this job is full time and offers overtime, you must not have a second job. In exchange for your full attention, you will be paid well and on-time.

Initially you and a Jnr SEO will be handling 10 SEO projects to show your skills and work ethic. As we expand our company you will move more towards quality control, strategy development and improving the systems for junior and Senior SEO's who will be working under you. Essentially, this is an SEO management position with a month or two of working within the system as a Senior SEO to get a good grip on the processes and how we can improve them.

You must have experience working full time for an SEO agency and poses at least the following skills.

- Keyword Research, Keyword mapping.
- Manual Link Building,
- Onpage SEO including schema, meta data, keywords and densities,
- Audits both on page, competitive, and link analysis
- Google Webmasters and Analytics experience

You should also have a passion for teaching others and reaching milestones.

In this position you will be paid a starting rate of $750 USD per month working 40 hour weeks.

Payments will be every fortnight, however the first two can be at the end of each week. To work out payments vs hours, we use a time tracking software. You will be paid for the hours you work at the end of each week, and not the set salary. If you work more hours, you will be paid more, however this is based on productivity not attendance.

You will have direct access to the agency owner (myself) at any time through skype, and you will also be provided with all tools and staff required to reach the milestones set and get the work completed on time and to the standards set.
