Senior Graphic Designer - Full Time

What we are looking for in a candidate:
• Someone with great communication skills, and fluent English..
• A real team player with a love of Graphic Design.
• Someone who works well within a team, and has lead a team of designers before.
• A no-ego approach to the clients design briefs and requests.
• A great attention to detail, with the ability to interpret design briefs.
• Someone who has expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat & Photoshop. You will need to have the most up to date computer and software, with the fastest and most reliable internet speeds available.
• A creative who is willing and keen to learn new things and progress themselves further in their career. We love to promote staff from within as our teams grow.
• You must be an expert in designing social media online adverts and graphics, blog post graphics, digital banners, presentation graphics, website page images, flyers and brochures, posters, marketing and promotional items, outdoor graphics and all other production design assets.

Your roll with us:
• Will be a Senior Graphic Designer. You will be creating daily design requests for our multiple clients.
• Follow a set of internal process.
• Checking your work and others to ensure that the clients design brief has been met before sharing with our Production Manager.
• Daily Skype catch up to review the design schedule with our Production Manager.
• Actively gather a pool of Graphic Designer contacts that you can build your team from.
• Work on a full time basis from Tuesday to Saturday, local Philippines daytime hours.

Pay & benefits:
• We are offering an above industry starting salary of US$800-$1000 per month for the right person.
