Marketing and Follow-up Manager

We are a small real estate development company and we are looking for a dedicated and full time employee to help grow our company. The position we are hiring for is head of our marketing department. We will fully train the right candidate on what they will be doing.
Our company is in California and the ideal candidate must be able to start work at 8am (as that is 5pm Pacific Standard Time).
The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excell) Must have good customer service experience and skills. Must be a go-getter, ambitious, have great communication skills and be a self starter. We will train the right candidate in numerous systems. Candidate must be able to fully utilize google for research purposes.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Processing New Leads - We will provide our new prospects contact information
You will input these leads into our follow-up email drip campaign.
Following up with these leads twice a week via phone.
• Placing our specific Ads on Craigslist twice a day (Very Simply)
process the lead that comes in from there.
• Researching other Craigslist Ads (You will be trained on this) and scheduling appointments for our team, with the sellers of the Advertisement
• Aggregate data from the web and input into an excel spreadsheet.
• Research Specific properties on the MLS (Which we will provide you), Conduct a Comparative Market Analysis (We will train you) you will also use our system to submit offers for these properties (Once you have proven your abilities and have been trained in this).
• Take 3 to 10 incoming calls a day from both buyers, sellers, and tenants and setting appointments.
• You will be filling out scripts and entering leads into a database.
• Other marketing projects may be given to you as well.
• Hours may increase depending on skills and computer skills.
• Online marketing experience a definite plus.
