Bookkeeping with Online Quickbooks Edition

Dear prospective team member,

We are looking for a full time and long term book keeper to join our team.

Your job duties include.

1. Enter Order from e-commerce store to Quickbooks Online
2. Enter Vendor Invoice from bill.com to Quickbooks Online
-Drop-ship invoice: Before enter you need to math PO with invoice to make sure vendor don't duplicate invoice.
-Warehouse invoice: You need to check item received in "SOS Inventory" with vendor invoice to make sure vendor charge correct items.
3. Enter Shipment from excel sheet to Inventory Software.
