Company Background / Overview

The Bow Tie Boys are a topless male entertainment company that provide first class topless waiting services at any event. We customise our services to your specific needs, and have a variety of different packages for clients to choose from.

We currently have around 55 boys that work on a casual basis for us doing on average 5 events a weekend. Looking to scale this business and move in to other states in Australia goal is to do 15-20 events a weekend.

You will be reporting to Scott (Owner of Bow Tie Boys)

Job Description

The job is simple but requires someone that is great at being organized and organizing people. It would suit someone young and ready to build a great fun company together.

- Answer all email enquiries for the business
- Quote and Book events in from enquiries
- Log Events in to Calendar
- Make sure event invoices are sent and paid for
- Allocate Employees to Specific Events and make sure they’re locked in
- Social Media Marketing to Build Awareness of the brand
- Good English skills via email necessary
- Facebook Account is required
- Really champion this business like it’s your own
- Knowledge of Xero beneficial but not essential (Training provided)
- Thinking of creative ways to grow the business
- Complete “To Do” Lists Weekly
- Build database of customers
- If you have previous experience with Xero it will be very beneficial
- Time spent hunting new staff members through Instagram

Would be Nice Features

- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook
- Comfortable with Facebook & Instagram and talking to employees on this
- Good English and email skills
- Nice and Organised

Daily activities

- Replying to email inquiries coming in on a daily basis
- Locking in employees to specific events
- Social Media Posts on Instagram and Facebook
- Finding new employees (Training will be provided)
- Emailing new referral partners
- Sending out invoices and reconciling them on Xero (Can be trained)
- Keeping Accounts up to date
- Training will be provided


Working hours can either be Part Time or Full Time happy to work with the right applicant to make it work (Prefer Part Time if possible)
