JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a customer service representative and overall store manager to help oversee my Amazon store. Candidate must have at minimum 3+ years of experience in amazon seller central, online arbitrage, order/inventory management, and customer service. Candidate must read, write, and speak English well. Candidate must have integrity, honesty and good work ethic. Candidate also must pay close attention to details!

Tasks include:

-Replying to messages from amazon customers
-Processing returns for customers to retailers like Walmart, bed bath and beyond, and more! Review emails from retailers for refunds. Manage the entire returns and refund process. Contacting retailers via email/phone to obtain prepaid return shipping labels for damaged items.
-Also includes contacting retailers regarding incorrect tracking information, or tracking numbers that do not ship.
Review store performance and issues daily – make sure shipments are confirmed prior to late shipment rate being affected, respond to and deal with order cancellation requests in Amazon, respond and deal with orders that are cancelled by the source retailers.
-Maintain the best possible amazon performance ratings by making sure orders are fulfilled daily, items are shipping on time, and that we do not cancel too many orders.
-Process orders when necessary.
-Experience with sourcing and listing products.
-Experience using an order and inventory management software like ecomsolutions, skugrid, or similar.

Will need to work daily with our software as management tool for every aspect of amazon store.
