We are a growing marketing agency in New Zealand who are in need of an experienced Admin Assistant with Excellent Verbal and Written English.

Requirements:
•Excellent communication skills- both English written and verbal are a must for this position.
•Project management - must be able to show examples of projects managed and the process
•Experience managing other employees - must be able to keep employees and tasks organised, compile reports and initiate work without being asked to
•Can follow directions perfectly and is a quick learner
•Experience with Xero and creating contacts and invoices

•Prepare proposals for clients in Canva
•Set up social media accounts
•Manage and update our Blog on Wordpress
•Experience researching and doing competitor analysis
•Updating contacts,
•Organise files on Google drive
•Booking appointments with clients
•Experience in digital marketing a big plus
