JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a full-time (40 hours per week - Monday to Friday) VA who can manage some of the day-to-day tasks of the SEO projects for our clients.

Skills Required:
English: Must be able to write good English with correct grammar and be able to edit content that has already been written, to make it better.

Wordpress Savvy: Must be able to navigate Wordpress, use basic plugins like Yoast SEO, know how to post articles on blogs, know about Categories, Tags, Settings. Must have enough knowledge about Wordpress to be able to set up very basic looking blog websites. Video training will be provided.

Social Profiles & Directory Listings: A major part of the job is building social profiles and directory listings for businesses. Video training will be provided. Must be quick with building these.

LinkedIn Activity: English skills must be good enough to engage with my connections on LinkedIn, post comments, post status updates etc. Same goes for Facebook.

Bonus Skills (not mandatory but will be seen as favorable on your application):
1. Familiar with the use of SEO Tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Register Compass (to find domains to buy)
2. Basic Graphic Design skills: To design article headers & Thumbnails for LinkedIn & Facebook. Basic Canva skills.

Your main tasks will involve:
1. Building social profiles (eg: Upgrade to see actual info) for businesses - Around 50 to 200 per client
2. Building directory listings (eg: Upgrade to see actual info) for businesses - Around 40 to 80 per client
3. Setting up small blogger websites on Wordpress - Video training will be provided but you must be familiar with Wordpress dashboard.
4. Using tools like Register Compass to find good quality domains to buy. Video training will be provided but must be familiar with basic SEO terminology like Trust Flow, Citation Flow, Domain Authority, Page Authority, Backlinks, Referring Domains etc
5. Engaging with my connections on LinkedIn through my personal profile, posting content, generating leads. Doing the same on Quora & Reddit (posting comments and answering questions)
6. Posting blog articles (written content will be provided) on our official blog, making the article look pretty by adding images, GIF's, videos etc and also posting it on all social media (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn) with appropriately designed headers/thumbnails for that article.

On your application, please answer the following questions:
1. Do you have any other ongoing jobs? Will you able to commit your full-time attention to this job (40 hours per week Monday to Friday)?
2. Please specify the days and hours you will be working (Philippine Time). Eg: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm. Please be honest as we are flexible with this but need to know the overlap we can expect between our time and yours, without intruding on your personal hours.
3. Are you familiar with using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz?
4. Have you used Register Compass before?
5. Are you familiar enough with Wordpress to set up very basic single-page blog websites (called PBN’s) quickly? On average 1.5 or 2 hours per website. Video training will be provided but you need to be familiar with Wordpress.
6. Can you design images, blog post headers, social media headers etc? If yes, which tools are you familiar with to do this?
7. Do you work on a Windows computer or Mac? Do you have OneDrive installed?
