Very Professional Accounting firm in Australia requires home-based Xero Bookkeeper to assist with all bookkeeping services or FULL accounting services with MYOB, depending on your experience.
The successful applicant will be working directly with a professional experienced Accounting firm and the duties will involve, but not limited to:
* Bank reconciliations on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for a portfolio of clients.
* Payroll on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis for a portfolio basis
* Prepare superannuation payment advice
* Prepare quarterly BAS returns
* Prepare monthly IAS returns
* Prepare of monthly and quarterly management reports
* Assist with Ad Hoc tasks as required
Book Keeping Service to companies small or large
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following:
MANDATORY ONLINE JOBS TESTS (Must be listed on your profile)
- English Test result of C1 or C2 (Advanced)
- DISC Test results (Personality profile)
JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using Xero accounting software
- Full detailed nowledge of Australian Tax law in particular GST law highly regarded
- Experience working with Australian clients regarded
- Passionate about bookkeeping and accounting
You need to have the desire to build a future business for yourself
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
- Very Fast internet connection capable of
- Home based office/desk in private area away from noise and distraction;
- Reliable computer with webcam and headset suitable for video
