Web Designer/Developer

U.S.A. based commercial insurance agency is seeking an EXPERIENCED Web Designer/Developer who can creatively address our marketing needs, generate leads, help increase revenue, and elevate our online presence.

Who we need is someone who can brainstorm with us our company's idea and goal for our website. We have a domain in GoDaddy but our website needs a major overhaul. We need someone who can creatively put our ideas to a well-designed, fully functional website that our potential clients will love.

You must have the following SKILLS in order to qualify:
- Versed and knowledgeable in Web User Interface Design (UI), Object-Oriented Design and Functionality, Multimedia Content Development, API's or at least BASIC Back-end knowledge in Web development.
- Experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools is a PLUS
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
- Above- average communication skills in English.
- Knowledgeable in CRM-website-Social Media Pages integration.

Responsibilities:
- Able to assist the company from Planning, Management, Organizing to Execution of ideas and concepts in Web Design and Development.
- Create a website which directly represents the company's mission and vision.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Create and put up social media accounts and pages linked directly to the website.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site - Branding and Ranking.
- Data scraping (manually or if you have tools).
- Capture leads and nurture leads to becoming potential business clients.
