Full Stack Developer for Exciting Start-Up

Lilly Inc. is a startup company based in Toronto with the vision of chaning how medical clinics operate. Our company is developing a smart modern patient management system that will integrate task automation and machine-learning. At Lilly Inc., we are looking to innovate how clinics operate.

The Role :

We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a full-stack developer, you are comfortable owning the project end-to-end. Our company works based on the lean startup methodology, which will involve short product development cycles. We value user feedback and use qualitative (talking to users) and quantitative (metrics, A/B testing) data to determine what's most important, and then work quickly to ship those features on bi-weekly sprints.
Our company has a “get-things-done attitude”, so you’ll have lots of autonomy to create impact while tackling complex technical challenges.

You will be building a minimum viable product from the ground-up. The initial pipework for machine learning, API integration and automation will be built during the lean startup process.
