WordPress/Web Developer/Designer Needed from PHILIPPINES ONLY (MUST HAVE VERY GOOD ENGLISH) Please read the entire thread carefully. Looking for Filipinos only. We are opening our position for a personal WordPress/Web developer and designer.

This is a full time job and you are required to be online 40 hours a week (rarely on weekend basis). In this job, you are required to follow best practices and have a full knowledge and skillset required to performing these duties.

If you have experience with OptimizePress, posting impactful blog posts/pages, working with content to position it in its best light/SEO, worked with scripting languages such as PHP or ColdFusion, worked with databases such as MySQL or SQL Server, worked with Delphi programming, worked with AWeber email, social bookmarking… these are all a super plus.

There will be a one week trial period, followed by a one month probation period before hiring full time. We may test a few candidates before choosing the right one for us.

The starting probation pay would be $260 per month (USD) and subsequent compensation (between $290-$370) would depend on your experience and performance. Only apply if you are a serious candidate.

We are only hiring at the compensation of $1.65 - $2.31/hour (USD). Please only bid within the amount. For the first week, it'll be around 25-40 hours. Subsequently, it'll be a 40 hr. work week if you are performing well.

Job Responsibilities:

• WordPress installations (via cPanel in our hosting environment)

• Install WordPress themes and any necessary modifications to get desired look/feel

• Create/modify graphics and images using your favorite imaging software for the web

• Setup FTP accounts, folders, etc. to handle media uploads

• Install WordPress plugins and updates as needed

• Setup email accounts via cPanel & Gmail accounts

• Setup Facebook, Twitter, Google + accounts and post content

• Post supplied content including images and videos to WordPress sites

• Place appropriate social bookmarks as directed (updates to FB, Twitter, Google + , etc.)

• Build out squeeze pages, sales letter pages; arrange the content, HTML, CSS

• Work in our AWeber accounts setting up follow up email campaigns and posting content

• Upload videos and other media to Amazon S3/CloudFront for steaming playback on our sites

• If possible, assist with an existing ColdFusion/SQL Server based website with updates as needed
