Looking for a Virtual Assistant to cover:

*Managing E-mail Marketing (auto responders-
E-Mailing my list of subscribers with updates)
*Managing Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Penterst, Socialmarker, Digg, etc..)
Using Socialoomph.com and TweetAdder to automate social marketing.
Using SocialMarker.com to spread links and videos
Social Bookmarking sites
Updating my Blogs
Article Marketing (Submission)
Forum Posting
Guest Blogging
Press Release Submission
SEO Specialist
Link Building
Get Back Links
*Managing YouTube accounts to drive traffic to sites
Build Mailing list
Sale ClickBank Products
Research and write content, reports, emails,


Ok here it goes:

My system is going to be like this. I will interview with the people I feel that may be fix for these tastes.

After picking 4 to 10 candidates I will fill them in on the tasks and goal ahead. These people will be given all the tools they will need to make the job/jobs happen.

HOWEVER: Heres the catch - They will all be competing for a position with my company. The top performers will have a job.

Example: I hire 4 people for a two week trial period. After the two weeks are up I will look over all the information and pick the top 2 to keep working for me and let the other 2 go (fire them).

The reason I am doing things this way is to find out who are going to be the best workers and to make sure my company continues to run and grow over time.

My Goal at the moment is to have everyone ready to go by the first of Nov. for the trial period.
