Digital Marketing/PPC Specialist

I am currently in need of a digital marketing specialist for the following tasks:
- Creating and optimizing PPC campaigns mainly on Bing. I may promote a few offers too on Google Adwords.
- Creating and optimizing popups/popunder campaigns on Popcash, Popads, Propellerads.
- Creating and optimizing some adult campaigns on Traffic Junky and Traffic Factory.
- I may also create native ads campaigns in the near future.

Minimum requirements
