We are a fine jewelry design and manufacturing company currently in search of a Home-Based HR Generalist.

We are a growing home-based entity in search of passionate people excited to be part of the high-end jewelry industry. The primary work of the Home-Based HR Generalist is to be a business partner. He/She is expected to provide the following necessary support to the general business objectives of ADM, which includes but are not limited to:

A. Recruitment, selection, hiring, and on-boarding of new employees;
1. Write, update, and audit job descriptions
2. Meet time-to-hire requirements; prepare, update, and follow process documents
3. Post job ads and conduct the screening and shortlisting processes
4. Schedule/coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers
5. Prepare job offers including compensation and benefits proposals
6. Conduct onboarding process and monitor employee performance during probationary period.

B. HR Administration and Reporting
1. Provide administrative support in HR documentation/ record keeping
2. Audit HR documentation and update all employee profiles.
3. Conduct web research, collect data and/or make presentations on HR matters.
4. Carry out tasks such as data entry, recording and filing documents via google docs and/or ERP
5. Provide assistance in implementing department plans and strategies
6. Monitor and make sure all employees submit important employment information and documents.
7. Comply with daily reports submission

C. Payroll/Benefits Administration
1. Process payroll on a regular basis
2. Track employee leaves/absences
3. Administer company benefits
4. Respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner

D. And the following facets of Human Resources that are due for execution, based on the Company’s key performance indicators and priorities:
• Talent Management
• Performance Management Process;
• Rewards and Remuneration;
• Human Resource Information Systems including Time and Attendance;
• Employee Relations and Corporate Communications; etc.

To qualify, you must have:
• Three (3) to Five (5) years’ relevant HR experience in a similar role
• Good educational background, a university degree holder
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Have at least 3 mos. home-based experience
• Able and willing to work during Pacific Standard Time work schedule, Mondays to Fridays (Early morning shift, Tuesdays to Saturdays, 1AM-10AM Philippine Time)

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Salary is offered, based on current level of HR experience. Benefits allowances, incentives/bonuses, and leaves are provided after passing 3-month probationary period.
