Hi All,

I would like the following done:
1. design floor plans of warehouse style mixed use building with cafe on ground floor & Studio appartments of 1st floor.
2. Studio appartments to be self contained with 10 - 15 rooms each room containing 1 x toilet 1 x shower 1 x kitchenette with fridge space, cooker, rangehood, microwave over built in, washing machine provision & 1 x bed king size
3. 1st floor exterior is to be deisgn in modern architecture with black corregated iron look
4. ground floor architecture is to be recycled brick warehouse style (new york style)
5. Ground floor is to be a cafe approximately 120m2 with the rest being labelled storage
6. land is approx 333m2 with 7m frontage and 40m long. there is 0 setback from street.
7. building can be on 100% of Land.
