Drupal /web-developer needed

We are looking for enthusiastic web developer. Our company provides internet-marketing and web-development service.

Skills that we need are:
- very good knowledge of Drupal. This is absolutely must.
- ability to edit and create Drupal -themes from .psd-layouts.
- at least basic PHP & MySQL skills.
- good knowledge and understanding how CSS3 (Responsive design), HTML5, jQuery, Javascript and Ajax works.
- experience: 2 years or more on webdesign and development.
- recommendations and/or references.
- willing to do test work for agreed' compensation. This means 2-3 smaller projects (like static html site to Drupal, .psd-layout to working Drupal theme etc.).
- willing to learn new stuff: technologies etc.
- willing to develop new products and services. Your ideas and opinions matter.
- self-driven and -motivated.
- experience developing Apps is a big plus (iOS, Android, HTML5)
- good English.

What do we have to offer? Interesting projects. Freedom to choose your working-schedule as long as deadlines are respected. Time to study new things and support from other programmers in case some help is needed for bugfixing etc. - we don't expect you to know all from everything. More important is will to learn and study.

After evaluation-period, if both parties are satisfied, we offer contract with fixed income.
