JOB OVERVIEW

I am still looking for a smart, diligent Ninja Travel Virtual Assistant who is passionate about travel administration and data entry to support our small travel agency team in Australia. It is an admin job.

As a Travel PA, you will have airline, travel industry, recent Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus or international cruise booking experience.
Eg, Jetstar, international airline, P&O Cruises call centre because it is important that you understand our industry and the jargon used everyday in our work place.

Other advantages would be if you have experience with Client Management Systems (CRM) - (please advise which one), an eye for detail, love accounting or bookkeeping (advise your experience with this), be social media management savvy, and video editing, or some graphic design experience. All that would make you a superstar!

Your tasks will involve: -
Daily sorting and managing our general and promo email accounts
Updating customer inquiry information, data and sales pipelines.
Updating supplier online booking engines for our customers to assist in finalising their bookings and to expedite travel documentation.
Assist in management of financial data for client files and payments to suppliers, so you will need some experience in managing financial accounts.
Assist in producing accurate Customer Statements of Accounts, updated invoices and itineraries based on the data.
Sorting incoming travel deals to match our target market and upload attractive offers to our website and then link to our Facebook page.
Interacting with team members to assist in processing and administration of their customer bookings and travel documents to enable them to concentrate on their face to face sales and marketing.
Manage Facebook pages and Groups.

It is a new role so you will be also responsible for documenting your processes and then assisting with updating and managing our internal processes documentation.

Initially there will be no customer contact for you, other than with some key members of our team, however, depending on how you grow in the role, it may expand for you to contact suppliers and customers by phone to follow up on queries or obtain additional information for their holidays.

You'll have a passion for learning and be EXCELLENT with English speaking and writing.

In our business we inspire our clients to travel, but a lot happens behind the scenes in data and account management to ensure everything goes smoothly for their holidays of a lifetime. The role would be responsible for this and make a big impact on our team so we can continue to grow our business and concentrate on sales.

Experience is great but the willingness to learn, find a way to get things done before time without drama and pride in your work is paramount.
