Programmer

Use Javascript, Jquery, and/or PHP to customize CKEditor, making it load a specified file when it opens. Then adding some keyboard shortcuts, two buttons, and maybe some other customizations. This is a short project with the possibility of bits of continuing support work, as new ideas of what I want occur to me.
