Web Developer + Creative Designer

Looking for a seasoned Web Developer who could take the initiative to create a website for a marketing company. Looking for a full time person who is great in communication and have the technical skill set to build a functional website and design creative ideas and themes for the website.

This can be an ongoing engagement after the website build specially if you are great with creative design, presentations and building theme portals for clients. The website build would be a 3-6 months engagement but the creative design would be ongoing.
