Advanced Web Master / Internet Marketer

Looking for a Full Time Web Master who can provide the following services. I'm creating a new web product and will need to have the Webmaster create (i) Wordpress Blogs and (ii) sell affiliate products.

I will need an advanced person who understands Internet Marketing and sees the "big picture". Most importantly, this person needs to know how to drive traffic to the webpage and covert to sales.

Am willing to provide training in some areas.

Salary is 10,000 Pesos or approximately $250/U.S. month. Willing to provide bonuses and increase in pay will be provided after first 2 months if you show effectiveness. This position may lead up to management level.

Skills: Website Creator/Manager
1. Market Research: research a particular market to promote products

2. Keyword Research: find keywords searching for related to that product people are searching for
Design

3. Sales page design: design the webpages and put it into HTML.

4. Sales Letter copywriting (nice to have)

5. Technical Setup setting up website; billing; e-commerce related; selling and delivery of the product

6. Content: write articles and blog posts , vidoes, other content. (nice to have)

7. Graphic Design: logo or box design or software site.

8. PPC Management to monetize, advertise, affiliate links

9. Social Media Management Twitter/FB

10. SEO Building: To raise search engine ranking

11. Auto responder series writing - to build a list

12. Email List management: to send to list to promote, setup guidelines & parameters on how often and what to send, what types of content

13. Customer Support/technical support: develop FAQ's and training manuals for customer support. Will provide customer/technical support in the first 3-6 months of product release.

14. Affiliate Program Mgt: recruit joint venture partners, affiliates and work with an affiliate program to grow product. (nice to have)

15. Some User Interface Design: the look or feel of the application on the webpage; helping to set up phone application
