Searching for Customer Support Rep

Need to respond to customer's questions and concerns over email.
Must be fluent in English, polite, good tempered and patient with your replies.
Access to stable internet/computer and available to communicate via Skype/Slack when working is required.
We are looking for long term team members who will be with us for the long run.
Able to work overtime when required.
Past experiences with Customer Support is a plus. Also experiences with using the Freshdesk/Zendesk are also a positive. Be sure to indicate these to me.
