I need a permanent t shirt designer for print on Demand Business

Hey I run a Print on Demand E Commerce store and need a long term t shirt designer.
I need someone who is a fast and hard worker and also very talented as we dont just do lettering but also illustrations, comic and graphic shirt designs . I want you to work 6 hours 5 days a week from 4 to 10pm philippines time.
